Yuba City manufacturer seeks Laser Operators for full time work!
Bring your teamwork attitude and dependability and join the team!
Great Swing Shift hours: Monday thru Friday/Saturday 4pm to 2am

Position Overview: Set up Amada laser based on job requirements or job instruction

Duties, responsibilities and required skills:

  • Safely, efficiently and effectively perform Amada laser loading, cutting and unloading
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings and nests to determine cutting requirements.
  • Lift and position raw material on to the loading table or into the laser
  • You will be working with sheet metal in several areas of the manufacturing process
  • Must be reliable
  • Analytical skills are a must
  • Must pay attention to detail
  • Able to read blueprints/plans from engineers
  • Work with sheet metal in all these areas: form, punch, put together, push-pull
  • Check machines for defects and repairs and identify assembly parts
  • Keep work area clean and organized and follow safety policies
  • Assembly duties require bending, reaching and lifting
