Position overview: Oversee and manage all financial operations

Duties and required skills:

• Manage all company financial operations including AP/AR and payroll
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
• Monthly and annual financial reports
• Financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Business strategy, cost efficiency and growth planning
• Coordinate with tax and external accountants
• Confidentiality and accuracy are a must!
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with California labor laws
• Skilled with QuickBooks to handle daily financial transactions and reporting
• HR duties: employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Records management ensuring all documents are filed and stored correctly
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Administrative: phones correspondence and supplies
• Regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
  
  Qualifications and requirements:
  Verified experience in a similar role
  QuickBooks online accounting software
  Analytical and problem solving skills
  Construction, drilling or related industry experience a plus
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
